Trevor was the most special man in many ways and one of the hardest working people I have known. He had an incredible sense of humour and was a cheeky chap! But his love of horses was where I got lucky. I managed to persuade him to have some horses in eventing. We had so much fun in the racing and eventing world with some great horses. With his incredible support, we managed to get to the Olympics in London in 2012 with High Kingdom and win a team silver medal. His enjoyment of being successful at the highest levels made him such an honour to ride for.   Trevor was always extremely understanding with the highs and lows of the sport of horses and ever the competitive gentleman. It was always so easy to be in his company. He was never without his cloth cap and a twinkle in his eye!
